My name is Melissa. I was saved at the age of 14 at a singing at my church. I saw Jesus as my door into heaven and I took it. He’s been the best friend I ever had and I’m so thankful for His precious blood that He shed for me.
At 17 I had a very hard choice to make: To keep my baby or listen to doc’s who wanted me to have an abortion. I believed in life and wanted my child to live. I did not feel that I could take an innocent life. Afterall, I knew better. I knew what the might happen if you have unprotected sex, get real.. What I didn’t count on was finding out that with complications I was having the doctor’s believed my baby was dead. After praying, I went back for an ultrasound and the baby waved for the camera. Anthony is 21 today, 6 foot tall and I wouldn’t trade him for anything. I have been so blessed. Praise God! |
